Minolta SRT101 aperture needle help needed.

I had the Minolta cameras the f/2.8 Rokkor [Minolta] 21mm lens, 28mm Rokkor lens, f/1.4 50mm Rokkor lens and a Vivitar 70mm to 207mm zoom lens.
Sweet! I have two 58mm f/1.4, a 55mm f/1.7, a 50mm f/1.4, and a 45mm f/2. I would love a 21, 28, 85, and a nice zoom.

My SRT101’s are on their way to John Titterington. I will post an update when I know more.

I think you'll be happy when you get your 101's back. I recently bought a SRT-101 from him on Ebay that he had overhauled. If it didn't
have a few small bright marks on the bottom plate, I'd swear that It was a brand new camera.

Kino was correct. The coupling thread to the meter on both cameras had been compromised during earlier repairs to both and needed to be replaced.

John Titterington repaired the cameras very expertly and returned them in like new condition including upgrading the cameras to work with 1.5 volt batteries. Amazing. I am thrilled with his work.

It's one of the few weaknesses of the camera design. Now, it they should out last you!

Congratulations! Have fun!
