Hello, first time posting here. I have a Minolta SRT Super that has been my main 35mm camera as I have a few lenses for it and I find it extremely enjoyable to use. Lately however its been having an issue that makes it totally unusable. When i engage the film advance lever, the movement of the lever will irregularly be out of sync with the movement of both the part which has the sprocket teeth and the movement of the part that the film is being wound onto. This means that the film is not always being advanced to the right position, and I end up with most of my pictures being double exposed or even triple exposed in sections. Im wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem, and can tell me what they did to address it? Any information/expertise on repairability is also appreciated.

Hi and welcome to Photrio

I don't know how to fix your problem but I do know you'll very likely have to remove the top cover.
Here's the service manual of the sRt 101 (Same as the Super minus the hot shoe), I believe it will be very helpful on your journey to repair this camera.

Thank you very much! Thats very helpful

No problem.
It's a very straight forward service manual, I wish they were all like this.

Note: To unscrew the red dot index, you can use smooth needle-nose pliers shielded with painter tape or carefully peel off the dot which will reveal a flat slot. Personally, I also put painter tape on the area around that screw to avoid doing scratches.
