For Sale Minolta Scan Speed 35mm Scanner

SCSI interface ScanSpeed F-2800 with 35mm negative carrier, SCSI card, SCSI cable. 2820dpi. I haven’t used it in years (since getting my Coolscan V). I last used with XP, though the software was W2k compatible. Based on comments I’ve since read, it might best be used with Vuescan s/w (http://www.hamrick.com/).

Shipping weight is approx. 6.5 lbs.

trade for Minolta lenses? I'm thinning out the herd of hardware and could use a 35mm scanner.

The thread for what I have is recent on here, full dual-body Minolta system. I'd take a portion of it in on a trade. Pretty much anything but the Beercan, it's worth a few bucks.

I moved on to a full Canon EF system with L lenses, hate to see these go but I never shoot it anymore.

Ah well I figured it was worth a shot. What's the image quality like on that bad boy? I got a bunch of film I would rather not take to Walgreens to scan in.
