I don't know what an RD-178 is, but that's a Minolta RD-175 in the photo, and it seems that a few have been sold on that auction site for under $200. My oldest pro digital camera was a Kodak DCS200, which was a stock 8008s body grafted onto a bulky digital back, but nowhere near as bulky as that Minolta.
