Minolta MC/MD quest.....

You know how you accumulate things.....just going through my Minolta "stuff".
These two 50mm lens say
MD Rokkor-X 50mm f/1.7-16
MD 50mm f/1.7-22
For a Hack Street Photographer.....Is one of these much "better" than the other.?

I did not find a whole bunch of sites that deal with Minolta MC/MD...and they mostly discussed the 50/1.4

You have MD II (1.7-16) and MD III (1.7-22) lenses. Seems to be very little difference between them.
