For eight last years I used minolta meters

- Flash meter V, paid $900 Canadian
used as my reference meter to which I calibrated all my meters, used to figure out film speed,... used in studio and field if I did not need spotmeter

- Spot meter F, paid $1300 Canadian
for around 98% of all my shuts I used this meter

Now FlashMeterV is in darkroom for enlarging only, if I need it.
SpotMeterF I use only for painting to figure out value of color when I need it
They both are really excellent meters. Practically they retired.

Why? I got Gossen StarLite to go with me further up to end of my life. Old friends are like old wine... Well that is life.
Amen
