Its a little focus-scale camera similar to an olympus trip. Its all automatic exposure. I tried a 1.5V and a 1.3V zinc battery and I havent been able to get the meter working. Anyone have any tips on getting the meter working?

After adding in a diode it started working again, but before that it wouldn't work with a 1.5v.
