I have a question about the five degree spot attachment for a minolta flash meter three. According to the manual, the 10 has a single dot center in the viewfinder with a "broken" circle indicating the 10 degree field of view. However the 5 degree that I have has two dots, one centered and one just below it. It also has the broken circle to indicate the five degree field of view. According to the gentleman that I got it from he just centered it and then got his exposure and went on. Anyone have one of these and is that the right way to go about it?

The two dots are for parallax. I don't have the manual in front of me, but if I remember correctly, you use the center dot for objects at a distance and the lower dot for objects within 3 feet. You can get a manual from Minolta. Check their website, and if it's not on the website, they'll tell you where to request one, and they'll send you a photocopy for a nominal fee, like $5.

David, Thank you much. I will contact them tomorrow for a manual.
