Welcome to the forum .

Are you making sure the leader is in the correct position before you close the back ?
It sounds like it isn't quite over far enough to engage in the take up spool , so when the camera goes to wind it on , nothing happens .
If that's the case all the camera is now seeing is a film cassette loaded that's effectively already been rewound .
Does the back open ?
If it had been loaded correctly , there is a device on it to prevent you opening the back . If not , the leader will be where you put it still .

Have you read the manual ? https://www.manualslib.com/products/Konica-Minolta-Dynax-40-5174897.html

Without a film loaded , just the battery inserted , does the camera autofocus the lens and fire the shutter ?

As suggested, read the manual. The camera automatically tries to advance the film when turned on. If correctly placed, the film stops, and is ready for an exposure. If not correctly placed, it stops, but is not ready and should flash a a warning. The manual will explain it.

Thanks for the reply.
i took off the film and tried to start it up with only the lens and the battery but it does the same sound and nothing happens. i tried to pull the film a bit further to make it touch with the thing that rolls the film but nothing happens too when i start the camera. i went to a camera shop and he told me that probably it’s something about the electronic that doesn’t work like the battery contact cause it displayed the icon when the battery is low or something like that but the battery were new so idk honestly cause i tried all the things i read on the net

Try a different brand of battery .
I've had this before where I've put a new , fresh battery in the cameras and the "battery low" icon has still been flashing .
Just make sure the battery contacts are clean first .

It could well be the wires inside the camera have become corroded or something on the circuit boards .
As an all electronic camera , there's very little that a DIY fix could resolve .
These cameras are so cheap it's best to just replace it .
If your doing that , look at for either a Dynax 5 or Dynax 60 . Either are a better camera , but similar style of camera .
You might pick one up with film , batteries and a lens for £20 !
