Have seen some of these guys 4/sale. Are they only for a enlarger device in the darkroom OR will this M-39 lens fit my old rangefinder camera bodies as a good portrait lens?

As I recall the Minolta enlarger lens was an 80mm. Either way, and enlarger lens won't have any way to focus, but you can screw it on your camera.
