Hi,
I recently bought Minolta 7000.
Half of frames was underexposed. I shooted on program mode.
I have read that there is a problem with aperture in this model.

Is this aperture working correctly? It closes at the end.
I'm wondering if it's the problem why my photos was underexposed because in fast times even if aperture is wide it closes at the end.
Slow Mo video aperture f9.5 time 1/8:

I think aperture working correctly now when I manually moved parts in camera that push aperture.

I had this issue on 2 occasions, first was a faulty lens, it was a early 28 to 80s kit lens, second time with a A9000, I cleaned the pins with contact cleaner which fixed it.

But the faulty aperture would cause overexposure rather than underexposure.

This is a very common problem of the 7000 and 9000. The electro-magnet holding the stop for the aperture lever is stuck permanently, thus not stopping the lever at its intended position, causing the aperture to close fully at every shot.
And I am wondering if my camera closes aperture properly

Some have just banged their cameras on the floor to free up the magnet, not with just Minolta, also some Canon bodies. I cant tell for the video if your lens is working correctly or not, hard to judge the size of the aperture.

I just tested my A9000 by setting the exposure to manual, set the shutter to the longest time possible, with 9 I used 15 seconds, then set the F stop F 22, press the shutter to see if the F stop stops down to a pin hole, then set the F stop to wide open, press the shutter and see if the F stop is wide open. If the answer is yes then put the camera is Program mode, set the ISO to 100 and outside in bright sun light read the meter, it should be 125th at F 16 or so, give or take a stop depending where in world you live and the time of day, late AM or early PM. If off by a lot, then it is your meter. Otherwise the problem is with development of your film.

Point on sun or just point on bright place?

With the sun to your back, in good open light, other thing does your camera auto ISO setting, Dx coded canisters match the box film speed. I have read that the chip that reads the Dx can go bad and the camera will default to setting the film speed as if the canister was uncoded which in most cases is 100, sometimes to the last used ISO. So if you shot a 100 speed film, your camera Dx coding goes bad then use a 400 speed film the camera will default to 100 and you will get shots 2 stops underexposed.
