Minolta 5400 scanner / Mac Os / Vuescan

what's the latest version of Mac Os that you have successfully run with Vuescan on this scanner ?

I am considering upgrading my Mac software,but not at the expense of my scanner.

Vuescan has the driver for the scanner(s) so if Vuescan will run on the new OS then the scanner should work without problems.
