I just ordered a "cradle" from summitek. It's ok to use these trays for minimal agitation or semi-stand, right? I'm going to be using Pyrocat HD with FP4 and TMY. I researched some other threads and it sounded like it would be ok, but I never read a definate answer. Any recommendations on dilution, times, and agitation patterns? Thanks!

As I have stated in previous posts, I get identical results (uniform development, no streaking) using the following development methods:

1. Stand and Semi-Stand developing of 4x5, 5x7 and 8x10 sheet film in slosher trays developed in Pyrocat-HD, Pyrocat-P and Pyrocat-MC. Film emulsion facing up, with 5 minute tempered water pre-soak.

2. Stand and Semi-Stand developing of 4x5, 5x7 and 8x10 sheet film in BZTS type tubes (i.e., tube in vertical orientation), developed in Pyrocat-HD, Pyrocat-P and Pyrocat-MC. with 5 minute tempered water pre-soak.
