Your question is ambiguous. In the common language "Mini Graflex" refers to a number of 2x3 Graphic models. Miniature Speed Graphic, 2x3 Pacemaker Speed Graphic, 2x3 Pacemaker Crown Graphic. If you're especially sloppy you might even mean a 2x3 Graflex SLR. My answer assume that you asked about a 2x3 Graphic.
When the Graflok back was announced Graflex Inc. offered a retrofit back for the Miniature Speed Graphic that preserves the Mini's flash sync connector. They exist, I've seen one or two, but are uncommon.
Any Graflex made 2x3 Graflok back is a direct fit to a Miniature Speed Graphic, a 2x3 Pacemaker Speed Graphic and a 2x3 Pacemaker Crown Graphic. As far as I know there are no NOS ones waiting for you.
I forgot to mention the Century Graphic, which has an integral Graflok back.
All Graphics with Graflok backs have removable focusing panels. Century Graphics are often offered without a focusing panel, but so are 2x3 Pacemakers.
Either way -- Graflok back with focusing panel or just the focusing panel -- your best bets are finding someone who's parting out a broken 2x3 Graphic or finding a "parts quality" camera that has the part you want.
