Microfiche with pinhole photography

Hello

I was wondering if anyone knew if one could use a pinhole camera for making microfiche sheets, with a rediction of 1/10 or 1/20 of the original.

My evaluation :

A4 / 10 -> 30x20mm²
reasonable focal for this size : 40mm
optimal pinhole for this focal : 0,24mm
resolution : 0,3mm blur circle
separation : approximately 100x70 pixels

Is this OK ? I think NO

A4 / 20 would be worse ; why not use a lens ?
