Hi--

I have a 6x6, and a 250mm lens, with a 2x extender, so it's vulnerable of course. I've been careful with tripod, cable release, and mirror lockup. Still, images show some movement, even with no wind at all.

What I've seen for added brackets is for 35mm lenses which have a bolt attachment built into it. Is there a decent attachment of some sort, in addition to the tripod? I have a bogen 3021 tripod.

Thanks!

Paul

Are you sure your tripod is 100%? I ask because my old 3021 got to the point where no matter how carefully I tightened everything the leg sections could move just a little relative to each other. Not a problem with short lenses, but a real killer with long ones.
