Hello all,
I just had new batteries for my Metz flash installed and they fully charge. I seem to have lost the sync cord btw. this unit and my Hasselblad. I know the Camera end of the cord needs to be a Male PC cord, but I cannot find what i need for the Metz side? Here is what the Metz socket looks like. I* did look in the archives of Photrio and did not find my answer first.
This flash has 2 sockets on the 'stem' of the unit. 1 is for the external input tool, the other, I believe, is for the sync cord. Please correct me if you know.
thank you

The photo shows the POWER input, from an external battery pack, for example.
The sync cord for the Metz is a multi-flat-contacts cable, while power comes in via 3/4 round pin connection. This PC cord is from an older Metz (45CT4); as I am not familiar with the 76MZ, I cannot say with certainty if the same kind of cord works in your flash.
