metering with 90mm lens

Have a 4x5 linhof master technika, only shot with a 150mm lens. shooting with 90mm lens today, is there any difference when metering? Looking forward to shooting with this monster, I'm giddy.

I do not change the way I use a light meter when I use a 90mm lens with a 4"x5" camera. Enjoy yourself.

No, metering is always the same. It is independant of the gear or lens used.
You have to apply the bellows factor and to meter accordingly with the film speed, as usual.

You might find you get a lot more of something with the wide angle lens -- for instance, the sky -- and may want to adjust your exposure a little.

Not really a difference in technique, but rather a "heads up".

Be careful with your corners. A 90mm lens is much more likely to exhibit some falloff in the corners, and of course the wide angle will challenge the evenness of your lighting.
