Metered Light Co. Pocket Spot Light Meter...

So, about 2 months ago I made up my mind to purchase one of the Pocket Spot meters from Metered Light (www.meteredlight.com). Since that time, I have sent them emails, called them and left messages, and even sent them a letter in the mail expressing my intrest to purchase one. THEY HAVE YET TO REPLY!

Does anyone know where I can get a Pocket Spot light meter, or a better way to contact Metered Light? Has anyone had any luck buying one of their products? Does anyone have a pocket spot that they would be willing to sell me?! How do they expect to make money if they have such awful customer service!!!

Hmm, are you sure you really want one now? What if you are able to buy one and there is a problem with it, how long before you can get it replaced/fixed?
