Does anyone know a name brand for a metal carousel slide tray? I'm looking for one a sort of silvery tin colour, if you know what I mean. Most of the ones I have seen are plastic, but I'm sure I've seen a metal one.

Thanks!

Dead Link Removed All plastic, I think.

You may be thinking of a round slide tray used in some projector or other that is not a Kodak Carousel. Carousel is a Kodak trademark, not a generic term for slide projector that accepts round trays.

The Kodak Universal was grey, sort of translucent. Holds 80 plastic, glass or cardboard mounted slides.
The 140 works with cardboard and depending on the frame, some plastic.

I wouls search under audio visual equipment. In the day, there were lots of heavy duty options for commercial slide show presentations.
