Member Organized Functions Cleanup

Hi All,

I have cleaned up our Member Organized Functions forum. All major projects are now grouped by their own subforum. Each project owner has full moderator access to their project subforum. This should allow for much better control of the overall project. I had to make a few assumptions in assigning owners so if we need some changes just let me know. If you believe your project is worthy of a subforum use the 'contact us' form and let me know so I can set it up. I have moved what historical threads I could find into their appropriate subforums as well.
