The interesting question is which contemporary still uses medium format.

That´s the question indeed. Kenna definitely does. As does me! Okay, joke aside...
David Bailey, who recently portrayed the Queen is still using (medium format) film exclusively.

Some great names in this thread

I concur. There are definitely some wonderful and talented photographers that have used, or continue to use, medium format for their image making. Another contemporary photographer is Shannon Richardson of Amarillo, Texas - https://www.flickr.com/photos/smelterx/. He produces some wonderful work and his book on Route 66 is a treasured part of my library.
