Don't know how helpful this is, but I contacted their customer service asking about their gelatine (McKenzie's Foods).
Their gelatine powder has a bloom of 210-240g, and their gelatine leaves 220-250g, they said both have a purity of 98% minimum.
When ever I do get around to trying my first emulsion batch, I'll try to do a side by side, of this gelatine, with photo gelatine.
