It might just be me who calls them that, but it refers to either the solid/rigid lens hood vs. the adjustable compendium lens shade (this one has a drop-in filter holder). Yes, they're both B60.

You're exactly right about the type of cancer, and when it's detected. Your individual doctor/team is vital as well, along w/ overall health at time of detection. It pays to get as many opinions and protocols as possible too. We have a niece that has beat back Lymph cancer twice, and our cat has been diagnosed w/ Lymphoma, had to suffer through two exploratory surgeries back to back (first one ended up w/ leakage at the site of the biopsy), and we have her on chemo and another drug now. So far so good though! I went through every vet in town before finding one that had what I determined to be the right protocol for her.

The Affordable Care Act prohibits denial of insurance with pre existing conditions, so that's a big help for qualified people. Best wishes, and all the best. Steve.
