Film Developer Dilution ASA/ISO 35mm 120Sheet Temp Notes
Fomapan 200 Ilfotec HC 1+31 800 12 12 12 20C

Under film it says Foma 200.
Under ASA it says 800

Is this developing time for pushing 200 to 800.?

Yes, that's the time/temp if you're pushing it to ISO 800

Anybody want to venture a guess as to why they do not offer times for That Film at its rated Box Speed.?

Because no one out there in the internet has submitted for consideration any such development times for that developer.
The Massive Development chart does no research themselves. They just collect other people's submitted results, including manufacturer's recommendations where available.

Yeah.....That's Right.
I guess i "assumed" there must have been some data for such a "popular developer".
But this is actually Ilford.
If i look at Kodak HC110, (it is still made.?) i would probably find info for the 200 ASA.

If you look at the Foma charts, it does not recommend Kodak"s HC110. However, if you look in the "Resources" section here, JBrunner under "HC110 Simplified has times for Foma Films (look at the bottom of the post). I've used them and I was happy with the results. FYI, while happy with the results, I've settled on Kodak's Xtol as my primary developer.

The MDC lists two dilutions and times for box speed, plus dilutions and times for push processing.

no one exposes film at box speed.
that is so last century.
