I have a mamiya 645 Super with an 80mm f2.8 lens
I also have a Pentax 645 FA 33-55 lens which I use
on a 5D via a Zoerk shift adapter for architecture
work, I would love to be able to mount the P645
lens on the Mamiya.
I understand that itis possible in theory as the registery
distance on the P645 is greater than the M645.

You might need a machine shop to custom-make one for you (I understand that Zorkendorfer did do custom work at one point although they don't list the adapter you need).
A good used Pentax 645N might not cost that much more than a custom adapter these days. You'd also then get autofocus, spot and matrix metering, auto bracketing, OTF flash sensing and a motordrive built in-- as well as a back up body.
You might try glueing a mamiya body cap to a pentax lens rear cap, drilling a hole through both, and presto, maybe you'll luck out and have the right distance without any fuss or expense. In a pinch, I made a few adapters this way, using a hole saw bit to make the hole.
Hhhmmmm thanks for the info . . . I actually
did consider fabricatng one myself.
thanks for the Zoerk link, totally forgot they did
those adapters, but yea I dont see a solution on their site.
I did consider buying into the Pentax 645n but found them to
be costing more than what I got the full Mamiya system for.
And the Mamiya is that bit more versatile and modular.
