Before seeing Sally Mann speak yesterday at Ryerson, I saw the Mark Ruwedel show at the Image Center. It was fantastic! Beautiful work, and wonderfully presented. I am kicking myself for missing the exhibition tour he gave.

Certainly the best thing I've seen at the Contact festival this year. All silver gelatin prints, mostly gold toned, and from what I understand printed by Ruwedel himself. If you're in Toronto, it's up until the 28th of June.
