It is a Boniforti Kobell camera.

ca. 1953
6x9cm
Focal plane shutter up to 1/1000 plus leaf shutter in exchangable lenses
seemingly there is a version without focal plane shutter too

You can see that in his model there is a different release too.

Thanks, I should have read further. I've never heard of the Boniforti Kobell so no surprise I didn't recognise it. Definitely one of my favourite photographers whose work is much imitated today.

In general the italian photo industry is hardly known at Apug (or else). Except for Durst and since recently Ferrania.

I remember meeting him in the late 1990s in his print shop in the center of Senigallia. It was a fascinating place and I remember him very vividly. Only years later I learned who Mario Giacomelli was!
