Manually developing Kodak Tmax400CN

I have some Kodak Tmax400CN film and develop before in 2006.In lastweek l used my old "Guanlong" color processing kit（made in 1991） develop a roll film.The processing kit need precise temperature（38ºC） but I did not comply with it.I only use a basin hot water to keep the temperature of the developing tank.
AS a bus spotters, I usually shot many bus photo and also shot lorry or other something.

It is a surprise that the developing kit was still usable after a quarter of a century - did the box contain dry powder ingredients or was it liquids to be diluted?

The subject matter could give you a whole project. Using public-transport vehicles and their infrastructure to show the changes in a city could be an interesting idea. The 'parking-brake' (a brick!) in the last shot, of the box shaped truck, is also amusing Nice to see that you have trolley-buses over there; I live near a city that uses them here in NL too.

I'm assuming that while scanning may work well, darkroom printing could be an issue, what w/ the film mask and low contrast.

I always thought TMax was traditional B&W process not a C-41 film. Did you mean Kodak BW400CN?
