can anyone point me to a pdf of a manual for a fuji GSW690II. also i'm curious as to whether there is a lightmeter that would fit into the hotshoe available. many thanks,

wayne

Hi Wayne,

I have a manual for the III version. Just let me know if that would be of any help and I will send it to you.

I don't know about the lightmeter; used to own a GSWIII and always used a handheld meter.

Sander.

that would be great. my email address is wnaughton @ vtown.com.au (remove the spaces). many thanks, Sander.... oh, i'm sure someone'll let us know if there's any major variation in the 2 models....grin

If you do a google search you should be able to find one for the GW670 (I no longer have it bookmarked, but it's out there). The GW/GSW series are all essentially the same camera, so it will be helpful.

There are lightmeters that fit on the hotshoe. I use the Sekonic Twinmate L-208.

Cosina also makes a nice hot shoe meter. It measures a 30 degree angle. More expensive than the Twinmate. They also sold a lanyard with hot shoe on it to put the meter around your neck at one time, but I don't see it now.

Wayne, the meter I have been using for hotshoe work is the very useful Voigtlander VC-II. It is dainty enough on a real Leica and even more so on a Texas one! :D

hey wayne,

just sent you the manual, from my hotmail account, so maybe check that it doesn't end up in your junk folder or something.
