Manual for beseler/minolta 45a enlarger light system - anyone have it?

I've been thinking about putting together something to include BESELER material. It should be readily available, but isn't. All I have is SOME 4x5 gear. Seems like a community event however. There should be one place to get it all. Beseler.com it ain't. Ollinger is great, but limited.

Nope! They have not been made for a long time. Minolta loved the flash. They use flash as light source for their spectrophotometer too. I found flash for enlarger is very annoying. Additive printing is good but not with the flash.

Indeed. I have at least one functional one and a few spare flash tubes. Love the concept, but like you I haven’t been sufficiently motivated to learn how to use it! Twisting a couple of dials on a dichroic head seems so simple in comparison.

I like the Beseler dichro 45 computerized color head that can display the precise filtration. I had one but it broke later on. I got the CB-7 and the big dichro DG head. It has bright 2 200W lamps but no actual filter readout. I got a Sargent Welch/Minolta color translator (basically a color analyzer) and connect a fiber optic cable that pipe light from the color head to its probe and works to display the actual filtration. Works great.
When I bought my DSLR my wife made me got rid of it so I sold everything there for only $200.
 

actually I'm not sure what I should be looking for when it comes to color printing. enlarger variations, company variations, color analyzers. for instance I recntly got a color analyzer as an addon with a racent mcrx purchase - do you know what it's used for?
 

The color analyzer is for getting the color balance without making a lot of test prints. It doesn't really work that way though.
