Manfrotto making these anymore?

The mounting screw and nut has come off my bogen pan and tilt head. I need another but am not finding one to order. I have bought these from Ebay before and each was damaged. I don't want to go that route.

I refuse to buy a new head when the part II need is only 6.50US

Anyone have a source for these. I checked BH, Calumet, and Adorama.
