Pretty decent tripod for a light 4X5 or any Medium format camera.
The 2" leveling ball adjusts to 15 degrees and the 6X7" metal tilt plate to 90 degrees.

Minimum height about 12", 51" max hgt and 6.6 Kg(12+lbs)
