I have been trying to find the filter size for the Mamiya Universal 100mmf/3.5 standard lens.All of the specs for the camera seem to ignore that detail Any one kow the size?

Mine measures about 55-56mm, not a standard size, of course. I think that's a Series size, probably Series 8. No doubt someone else will respond with more precision.

My Mamiya Press 100/f3.5 with (black) Seiko shutter has a 55mm on it which fits just fine.

I just tried a 55mm filter on my lens; MGB74 is correct. That means that finding filters should be no problem whatsoever. My apologies for the incorrect measurement.
