Mamiya-Sekor "C" 180mm

I'm rather amazed at the prices these go for. Are these considered undesirable or were there just so many of them made that they do not command much of a premium? Compared to what the 250's go for these seem like a bargain!

I'm seeing Shutterblade posting them up in the big auction site for $99 and they usually get a premium. I want a short tele for portrait/landscape work and that's a very nice focal range.

Be careful with that company, you might not get exactly what you paid for, bargain or not, but yes, a 180 can be had for quite a low price. Check KEH too...you might be surprised at what they have them for.
I got an RZ body from shutterblade for a cheap price---in "good working order." The fact was, there were small pinholes in the Bellows. Sure I could've returned it, if I had been willing to pay the $10-12 for return postage. I opted to spend $3.00 on some goop to fix it instead. A minor problem, but unpleasant due to an inaccurate auction description.

KEH has them in bargain condition for $99.

I like mine, I use it for portraits and I think it is a very good lens. Not sure why they are so cheap, but I am guessing that they were one of the more popular lenses for the RB since they are an excellent portrait length for 6X7.

Thanks all! I did see them on KEH too for similar prices. Thanks for the tip on Shutterblade, never dealt with them but I think I'll try and stick with KEH after others experiences here.

I have purchase quite a bit of Bronica ETRS equipment from Shutterblade in the last few months with no issues.

I have a 180 for my RB67. Even though it didn't cost very much it was a great lens. Good portrait and landscape lens.

I've got to say that I purchase from shutterblade regularly and have only once had a problem that was quickly resolved. I know a few folks here seem to have had problems but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Yep, I'm wit CW on this one. Never had an issue with Shutterblade. Bought a couple of things from them including a rb67 body and a couple of lens. No problems so far (in two years)

shutterblade is based just a few miles from me in Ashland, Va and i won't buy from them again. maybe they've changed in the last couple of years, i don't know, but i'm very happy with KEH so i will stick with them.
