Mamiya Sekor 80mm f/2.8 shutter repair

I recently bought a Mamiya C220 with said lens. All speeds are about 2/3 to 1 stop too slow. The faster ones are in better shape, but my measurement method gets really inaccurate after 1/125. Now, I've already serviced the camera - cleaned and relubed the internals, adjusted the focus, and would like to service the shutter myself. Can anyone point me to a service manual or some other resource that details the workings of the shutter mechanism? Ideally I'd need disassembly/assembly instructions and adjustment procedure. I hope it all comes down to cleaning and lubrication(?). I'd really like to avoid going in blind. The lens is the black version and has a pale blue dot. For now I can use it as is. I measured the speeds by recording the shutter sound with Audacity and used a lookup table while shooting some slides. The results are largely great, so I reckon this way of measuring shutter speed is good enough.

It is a simple to dissasemble lens, you should be able to get to the shutter internals pretty easily.

just be aware there are a few different types of lenses for your camera... silver ring, black, blue dot... each has its own way of taking the lenses off.

It's almost always simple to disassemble a lens. It's getting it back together correctly that can be difficult.

This one is simple because it's just two components that are screwed into the shutter assembly and can be unscrewed by hand. Then it's just a matter of removing the shutter assembly from the lens base and then removing the retainer ring that lets the speed dial come off.
