I recently purchased a Mamiya RZ67. It's in pretty much perfection condition and I had no issues loading the film. However, whilst cocking the lever the number board showed a red line and after a few more tries I got to number 1 but the lever was them jammed. I checked and realised there was no battery in the bottom (my bad) so wanted to check this is the reason why the number dial isn't moving and why the lever is jammed. Once I put the battery in will this work again?
