Mamiya RZ67 100-200mm 5.2 Lens trouble

Just bought this lens. I’m having an issue changing the focal length. I’m wondering if there’s a trick to it, something i’m not seeing that will allow the ring to change smoothly. Or is this lens busted, cause it’s EXTREMELY rough to change the zoom lengths with the ring.

Does the zoom ring rotate at all or is it fixed in place?
Does the shutter speed ring rotate freely?
Does the f/stop ring rotate freely?
Does the ring that moves a floating element (the ring farthest from the camera body) rotate freely?
If all the other rings move freely but the zoom ring does not, it is probably needs to have its lubricant replaced by a qualified repair person. There are no tricks to changing the focal length.

Yes, all other rings rotate smoothly. Thank you did this. I just bought it so i will reach out to the dealer asap.
