Well I need to send my Mamiya RB67 65mm f/4.5 in for a repair. Who is the go-to guy/gal for Mamiya RB67 repairs? I've spent an hour with Google without any luck. Most old posts say MAC but since the Mamiya Leaf change Mac no longer exists and seems to be out of the repair business.
Surely there's a "David Odess" (Hasselblad) or "Don Goldberg" (Leica) out there that knows Mamiya RB67 stuff inside out.
I would also send it to KEH - if the repair cost justified not buying a replacement. KEH's flat rate for medium format fixed focal length lenses is $210.
However, they (KEH) has the same lens in EX condition (which would be difficult to distinguish from new in my experiences with KEH), for only $159. And you would get the warranty on the lens.
So, buy the replacement for $159, sell the other, and you're way ahead of the game.
