Will a dark slide for a 120 back and a back cover for the body from any RB67 or RZ67 fit the older RB67?

I've both the above cameras and THE same parts for
those cameras via eBay. The Z back cover will not fit
any B and the Z dark slide I doubt. Quite some time
went by waiting for those parts to appear. Dan
