I have a 140 with a lot of dust inside and I'm thinking of a partial dismantle to clean it up. I don't want to go too far as I' m aware that this lens has floating elements. Hopefully all I need to do is remove the front cone and the rear group with a lens wrench. I' ve two questions:
Perhaps someone can confirm my thinking is correct?
Do I remove the front cone in the same way as a wasp-waisted (or non C) 90mm lens? - I used a tightly wrapped camera strap for this.

Thanks if you can help
