I am looking at an AE Prism finder that I am told is for a Mamiya 645J and I was wondering if it work on my Mamiya 645 1000s. Thanks.

Yes--I use to use an older AE prism on my 1000s. The max shutter speed on the prism was 1/500 so if I need to use 1/1000 I would have to set it on the camera and not the prism. But I don't think I ever used 1/1000.

I use one on my M645Pro, and it's fairly accurate, even in snow shooting.
