I have a very nice Mamiya 645 1000s with a wide angle 35mm C lens.
Includes:

Waist Level Prism S (non-metered)
1X 120 film holder (not shown in photos, inside the camera).
2X 220 film holders - if you can find 220 film

Body cap
Lens rear cap
Body top cover (when finder is removed)
Lens and prism product brochures/manuals

Works great. This has been my main film camera for about 20 years.
I stopped shooting film some time ago when I sold most of my darkroom equipment.
