Purell is 70% ethyl alcohol with an additional unspecified quantity of isopropyl. So, close enough to 99% alcohol. The rest is gels and perfumes to make it thicker and make it smell nice.

I'm sure you're right, but one of the precut seal kits I used recommended that as a placement aid, and it worked great.

These days people have a lot of choices. There are Paterson tank inserts, Jobo, Spearman, Combi-Plan etc. An old classic Nikor tank exists but is rare, there's a knockoff of it. But I prefer trays in the dark, with an infrared viewer.

Let me know if you need the repair manual.

I also like the experience of processing in the dark, though I don't use a viewer.

If you wouldn't mind sharing, I'd love a copy of any repair manuals along these lines.

Currently on KEH there are 8 tlr bodies (4 of them C330's) and 17 lenses. Nothing to stop you...

I never found the differences between all of them worth bothering about, owning a C33 and a C220 and loving them both. Currently on KEH there are 8 tlr bodies (4 of them C330's) and 17 lenses. Nothing to stop you....

I’ve got my choices narrowed down to two. The first is a C330S with lens on eBay for $750. In the pictures, this camera looks really good—almost like new except for one or two rub marks on the base around the tripod hole.

KEH has a C330S with 80mm lens in Ex+ for around $100 more. KEH doesn’t have pictures so buying this one is essentially sight unseen.

The question is, is buying from KEH, with their warranty, worth an extra hundred bucks, for a camera that’s possibly not as cosmetically nice as the one on eBay?
