For Sale mamiya c330 kit

I would start by looking at the evilbay; search the "completed" listings to see how much the market is willing to pay rather than how much the sellers are asking. Then go to some of the reputable retailers like Roberts Camera/Used Photo Pro or Blue Moon to see how much a camera with a warranty sells for. Then find a number in between based on your estimation of the condition.

This is really nice equipment! It should sell quickly. The lenses were excellent and the camera kept the film flat. Are you sure you do not want to keep them and use them? We are unlikely to see mechanical craftsmanship like this again.

you're absolutely right, excellent equipment and craftsmanship - i'm selling reluctantly. this sort of equipment should not sit on the shelf. i've had to shut down my darkroom and return it to a bedroom. we adopted my grandkids - at minimum, a 10 year commitment.

at my age (early 70's), rebuilding the darkroom is unlikely. i've reluctantly shifted to the digital world.

For a private sale, I usually look at how the equipment is valued at KEH. They offer free return and have to pay for their overhead. So I subtract 20 percent and set my starting price accordingly. Hope this helps.
 
Here is my opinion. A problem free C330 with an 85mm is about $250-$275 in a private sale. The 65mm in good shape about $150. The 55mm lens gets more, starting at about $200 in good shape. I'm not sure about the longer lenses since I don't use them. The 105mm is priced similarly to the 85mm, perhaps a little higher since it's not quite as common. The late model lenses (blue dot I think they call them) tend to be a bit more expensive. Most Mamiya TLR accessories are not that pricey compared to other medium format systems, but they are still in demand.

You will find the kit easier to sell if you part it out. Most buyers need this or that piece, but not an entire setup that reflected someone else's needs.

The 135mm lens is a great short telephoto, that I have used regularly for years. It is very nice for portraits. You may very well get interest for it, both with the camera + 80mm lens, and separately.
The 180mm lens is probably easier to sell on its own.

KEH would first have to have something in stock in order to value it. They're sucking these days.
