Mamiya C330 TLR matte surface focusing screen. I'm not sure which variant(s) this screen fits, but if yours doesn't use the metal frame (not all do), I doubt it will fit your camera.
Exc+ in original Mamiya box. Not mint, but excellent usable condition. Probably a 9 out of 10 for condition.
Matte surface is suitable for general photography with Mamiya C330 lenses of any focal length...won't black out with slow lenses in poor light, like screens with split image or "checkered" fresnel focusing screens.
