I have a Mamiya C330. The back door of it closes and latches in, but the top right corner of the door has some "bounce" to it. That is to say, I can press it in and it goes somewhere. I let go and it springs back. It has about a quarter inch of travel. The left side doesn't do this. The side that has bounce is not flush with it's edge. Is this normal? I want to make sure the pressure plate will be working as intended. I consulted previous threads on this issue and the OPs there had issues with the frame counter not engaging because the right side didn't latch in. I am not sure if my right side is latching in, but I do not have any issues with the frame counter not starting or not working.

Edit: changed some stuff because I didn't explain my problem right

The problem with the frame counter usually occurs if the top right corner doesn't latch - not the top left.
While my camera's back door has some play due to compression of the seals, it is much less than 1/4 of an inch, unless one of the sides of the door hasn't latched.
I make a habit of holding the camera in both hands and pressing the top corners of the door with my left and right thumbs. That ensures both sides latch.

The top right is the part that is having issues for me. No matter how hard I push, it doesn't seem to latch more. But at the same time, I have no issue with the counter so should I assume it's latched? It's only flush with the edges on one side. On yours when it's latched is the back door flush on both sides?

If the top right isn't fully latched, and I look carefully, I can see some unevenness. It isn't all that apparent though.
Those back doors are removable. Check to see that yours has been installed correctly, and hasn't been bent.

My issue appears visually the same as this fellow except for my frame counter still works. How odd. In the comments of the YouTube video he has some suggested solutions I plan to try tomorrow. Thanks Matt for the help -- I had previously thought this was normal!
