Mamiya C-220 repair

Does anyone know how to get the left side panel off of a C-220. I can't get the large "lock" knob off to replace the back opening/film remove assembly. I got the part from Mamiya, but no instructions. I already have the skin off and all visable screws removed, but it just wont budge.

Any help will be appreciated.
