Do mamiya make a 6x6 camera that isn't a rangefinder? What are the good reasonably priced cameras in this format?

The 330 looks cracking. One just went for £205 with two lenses on eBay. I should've jumped on that. Can you tell me anything about them?

Ah thankyou, most helpful! I've just found a c300s on eBay in my native South Wales for £51. I'm going to keep an eye on it. This will be a good way into meduim format.

I got into MF with a C330 and haven't regretted it a single moment. Consistenly produces very nice photos and illicits interesting chats from passersby. Graham's site is second to none and provided all I needed to know for my foray in the wonderful world of Mamiya TLRs.

Good luck!

And there are still plenty of us using them to answer operational questions... Good luck & enjoy it...

Fantastic machines. I have two C220's and an assortment of lenses for them. Some claim that the earlier model lenses are not as good as the later, but in practice I've not found that to be an issue with prints up to 11x14 examined up close. The differences may show up on larger prints if you happen to be a grain sniffer, but who looks at big prints at arm's length?
