Mamiya 645AF Error 2

I thought I would give this a shot before shipping the camera off for repair. As stated in the title, I have a Mamiya 645AF. Once in a great while, the shutter will not actuate and I will get Err 2 flashing on the LCD display. I have no idea what this is and the Google hive mind is coming up with nada.

Any of you have an ideas? It seems to happen at random and the shutter speed is not a factor.

I have the AFD.
The error message definitions are pretty broad in the afd manual.

In the 645 af manual I have, it doesn't even give explanations of the error messages.
There is an entire half page dealing for causes of the shutter being unable to fire.

Do you have a copy of the AF manual?

If not, email me and I can send you the pdf for the 645 AF

I do have a copy of the manual, though it is not much help. Anyone know a reasonable mamiya repair depot?
